As an Admissions Officer at ABN Global, you will be responsible for processing and managing university applications received through our partner network. The role requires efficient coordination, attention to detail, and timely communication with partner institutions and representatives to ensure a 24-hour turnaround on all application-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:


• Application Processing: Review, verify, and process applications received from partners within the 24-hour turnaround window.


• Portal Management: Monitor university portals regularly, track application progress, and share updates with relevant internal teams and partners.


• Communication & Follow-up: Handle inquiries and follow-ups from B2B partners promptly and professionally.


• Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all applications and communication logs using internal systems.


• Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborate with the counseling, compliance, and operations teams to ensure seamless handling of applications.


• Policy Compliance: Ensure all applications meet university guidelines and internal compliance protocols.

Requirements:


• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (preferably in business, education, or related fields).


• 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred, but fresh graduates with strong organizational and communication skills are encouraged to apply.


• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.


• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
