Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cold Outreach Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential real estate leads, introducing services and offerings, building rapport, and gathering essential information to aid in closing real estate deals.

  • Make outbound calls to potential real estate leads from provided lists.
  • Introduce services and offerings to prospects in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and leads.
  • Ask qualifying questions to understand the prospect's real estate needs.
  • Document lead details and input them into our CRM system.
  • Schedule follow-up calls and appointments for the sales team.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and performance goals.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or a similar role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and able to handle rejection in a professional manner.
  • Familiarity with real estate or a willingness to learn about the industry.
