Job Title:
Cold Calling SpecialistWe are seeking a skilled Cold Calling Specialist to engage with potential clients over the phone, build rapport, and gather essential information to close real estate deals.
Key Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to potential real estate leads from provided lists.
- Introduce services and offerings professionally and friendly manner.
- Build and maintain strong rapport with prospects and leads.
- Ask qualifying questions to understand prospect's real estate needs.
- Document lead details and input them into our CRM system.
- Schedule follow-up calls and appointments for sales team.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and performance goals.
- Provide feedback to management team regarding lead quality and call scripts.
- Prior experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or similar role preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated, driven, and handle rejection professionally.
- Familiarity with real estate or willingness to learn about industry.
- Ability to work during USA business hours.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and data entry.
- International Experience: Work with leading real estate professionals.
