Job Title:Business Development Executive

Job Description:

AgileKode is seeking aBusiness Development Executivewith excellent English communication skills—both written and spoken—who can craft persuasive, professional proposals for platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and LinkedIn.

If you understand freelance bidding, can create standout proposals, and communicate effectively with international clients—this is your opportunity to shine

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write and submit customized proposals on freelance platforms (e.g., Upwork)
  • Generate leads and explore new business opportunities
  • Communicate with potential clients to understand their project requirements
  • Maintain CRM systems and keep records of outreach and follow-ups

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Bachelor's degree in English Literature, BBA, or a related field
  • Previous experience with freelance platforms is a plus
  • Ability to work from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM PKT (3 hours remote, 5 hours on-site)
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
