Unicored Technologies is seeking a skilled and results-driven Project Bidder / Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of acquiring software development projects from international platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, LinkedIn, and other B2B channels.

Responsibilities:

Identify and bid on relevant software and IT projects.

Develop proposals and pitch decks tailored to client requirements.

Communicate with potential clients, understand their needs, and convert leads into successful deals.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project feasibility before bidding.

Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Maintain client relationships for long-term business growth.

Requirements:

At least 3 years of proven experience in project bidding or IT sales.

Strong understanding of software development services (web, mobile, cloud, etc.).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in bidding portals (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.).

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and detail-driven.
