About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Salesforce Business Solutions Expert to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving excellence in Commercial Operations by supporting our critical CRM system.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with end users, product owners, and development teams to ensure seamless integration of Order-to-cash tools, Salesforce, and Entitlements systems.
  • Identify areas for operational improvement and leverage technology to enhance process quality and effectiveness.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements for issue resolution and manage the resolution of critical incidents.
  • Develop comprehensive technical documentation and execute Month-end close processes through collaboration with various stakeholder groups.
  • Facilitate smooth workflow for service delivery and build Knowledge Base articles, Playbooks, and documentation.
  • Monitor user feedback and areas of concern, and engage with Scrum teams and Product Owners for suggestions on improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with current field practices to enhance service standards and delivery.

Bachelor's Qualification

We are looking for individuals with total experience of 1 to 2 Years who have worked with Salesforce and/or on a Technical Support Team in a related field. A basic understanding of Agile best practices and good understanding of development environments and testing processes is also required.
