Business Development Consultant Role

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Consultant to join our team. As a Business Development Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying and targeting potential clients, establishing rapport, and arranging meetings to discuss our services.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Pursue and secure new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
  2. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our services and their applications to effectively communicate value to potential clients.
  3. Utilize CRM systems to manage sales activities, track interactions, and report project updates in a timely manner.
  4. Prepare and deliver customized sales presentations tailored to the specific needs and interests of prospective clients.
  5. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide innovative solutions to clients.

Key Skills include Effective Communication, Strong Sales Acumen, Market Knowledge, Negotiation Skills, Self-Motivation, Organizational Skills, and Networking. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, and a minimum of 1-2 years of sales and marketing experience.

Requirements
  • Experience with managing or selling professional services is preferred.
  • Previous experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) is also preferred.
  • Proficiency with MS Office products (Outlook, MS Teams, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
