Position: Senior Salesforce Developer (2 Positions)

We are currently looking for two Senior Salesforce Developers to join our dynamic team.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Optimize and maintain existing Salesforce configurations, automations, and workflows.
  • Lead and mentor a team of 2–3 developers.
  • Participate in the full development lifecycle: requirements, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
  • Support data migrations, sandbox management, and version control.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
  • Proven experience leading a team of 2–3 developers.
  • Strong command of Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs, and third-party tools.
  • Familiarity with Git/GitHub for version control and collaborative development.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications (additional certs like Marketing Cloud Consultant or Service Cloud Consultant are a plus).
  • Ability to write clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Customer Service Cloud.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices in Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
