Job Summary:

This role involves leading the development of custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components. The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team of 2–3 developers and possess strong command of Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.

  • Develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Optimize and maintain existing Salesforce configurations, automations, and workflows.
  • Lead and mentor a team of 2–3 developers.
Requirements:
  • Proven expertise in hands-on Salesforce development for 3–5 years.
  • Strong leadership experience in managing teams of 2–3 developers.
  • Proficient command of Apex, SOQL, LWC, and Visualforce.
  • Experience in Salesforce integrations, APIs, and third-party tools.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • CI/CD tool proficiency and DevOps practices in Salesforce.
  • Agile/Scrum methodology familiarity.
