Job Description

The Deputy Lead Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining operational efficiency and effectiveness. This position involves documenting Standard Operating Procedures, managing operations, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing actions to achieve smooth processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide guidance on day-to-day IT department operations, ensuring timely task completion and smooth workflow.
  2. Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and implement relevant actions.
  3. Coordinate with teams to facilitate operational processes and resolve issues.
  4. Generate and maintain accurate IT reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
  5. Maintain up-to-date documentation of operational procedures, processes, and reporting methodologies.
  6. Organize documentation repositories for easy accessibility.
  7. Supervise report preparation and presentation for stakeholders.
  8. Support project management activities as directed by the DGM - Software Systems Customer Care & Billing.
  9. Escalate complex IT-related issues to appropriate teams.
  10. Ensure compliance with Enterprise Risk Management Framework and Business Principles and Ethics Policy/Code of Conduct.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data and identify solutions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

Proven experience in managing and maintaining large-scale IT systems and infrastructure.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.

Strong understanding of business principles and ethics.
