Job Title: Operational Excellence Lead

Description

We are seeking a highly organized and collaborative leader to manage our operations in Karachi Division, Pakistan.

  • Organize and prioritize customer orders for processing.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory movements, update order statuses, and maintain accurate records.
  • Develop and implement operational processes and systems to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize order fulfilment processes and meet daily shipping deadlines.
  • Conduct regular quality checks on picked items to ensure order accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist in dispatching and inspecting outgoing shipments, verifying quantities and quality of products.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or operations.
  • 3+ years of experience in operational management.
  • Excellent leadership skills, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other related software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
