We are seeking a skilled Logistics Associate to join our team. As a key member of our logistics department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth movement of goods through our supply chain.

Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating shipments, tracking inventory, and handling essential documentation. You will work closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, and warehouse teams to optimize our logistics operations.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to have strong problem-solving skills and be able to communicate effectively with our team and external partners.

As a Logistics Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure accurate tracking.
  • Shipment Coordination: Arrange and oversee shipments, ensuring compliance with schedules and regulations.
  • Documentation Handling: Maintain precise records, including shipping documents, invoices, customs forms, and compliance paperwork.
  • Vendor & Carrier Communication: Work closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, and warehouse teams to optimize logistics.
  • Problem-Solving: Address delays, damaged goods, and logistical challenges with proactive solutions.
  • Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions to enhance workflow and supply chain efficiency.
  • Compliance & Regulation: Ensure adherence to industry regulations, customs requirements, and company standards.

Requirements:

  • Education: A degree or coursework in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or inventory management.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Strategic thinking and quick decision-making to resolve logistics issues efficiently.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with logistics software, Excel (for tracking and reporting), and data analysis.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong accuracy in documentation and inventory record-keeping.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and perform effectively in a fast-paced setting.
  • Communication Skills: Clear and professional verbal and written communication for team coordination and external partnerships.
