Customer Relationship Specialist in Social Media

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support across various social media platforms. Your primary objective is to monitor social media channels, identify opportunities to engage with customers, and provide superior customer support and brand engagement.

Key qualifications for this role include 1+ years of experience in customer service, 1+ years of experience working on social platforms, and strong reading comprehension and written communication skills. You should also be proficient in navigating computers efficiently and possess a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as English, marketing, business, journalism, or communications.

This position requires the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently, utilize appropriate tools, and participate in required training and certifications to maintain technical knowledge and skills. The ideal candidate will be able to provide proactive support to consumers, respond to customer enthusiasm posts, and increase conversation to build a closer connection with customers.

In this role, you will contribute to defining processes that produce best-in-class social consumer care experiences, focusing on continuous improvement and a value-based approach. You will work remotely as part of a dedicated team focused on delivering exceptional customer service and support.
