Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain the cafeteria, kitchen, offices and other areas to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
  • Deliver exceptional service at the cafeteria counter, patient meal service tray line and food production areas.
  • Ensure prompt collection and disposal of garbage, food waste and trash in designated areas.
  • Effectively clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, pots, pans and dishes to maintain high standards.
  • Monitor and report any food safety or quality concerns to immediate supervisors.
  • Assist in preparing hot and cold beverages, snacks and bakery items.
  • Support preparation of various cooking processes related to the hot and cold kitchen.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Matriculate with minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in food service from a reputable establishment.
  • OR Non-Matriculate with minimum 2 to 3 years experience in food service from a reputable establishment.
  • Able to lift heavy objects and equipment.
  • Ability to comprehend simple verbal and written instructions in English.
  • Teamwork and communication skills.
  • Respectful attitude towards colleagues and customers.
