Job Description

We are looking for a visionary entrepreneur to spearhead our business development and sales efforts. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a rapidly growing IT services company and contribute to shaping its commercial strategy.

As Co-Founder, you will be responsible for driving our B2B sales and go-to-market strategy, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute a scalable go-to-market and sales strategy
  • Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with prospective B2B clients and strategic partners
  • Own the sales pipeline: from lead generation to closing enterprise deals
  • Deliver compelling product demos, client presentations, and business proposals
  • Work cross-functionally to align sales, marketing, and customer success efforts
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and business forums
Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in SaaS, CRM, or ERP platforms.

Experience with Odoo, ServiceNow, or similar enterprise software is highly desirable.

Demonstrated success in closing high-value enterprise deals and managing complex sales cycles.

Strong entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, results-driven, and resilient in early-stage environments.

Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).

A passion for technology, innovation, and customer-centric growth.
