SAP HCM Implementation Specialist

This is a full-time on-site role for a SAP HCM Consultant at a leading manufacturer of premium denim in Karachi Division. The consultant will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to SAP HCM implementation, configuration, and support to ensure the optimal functioning of human capital management processes.

The ideal candidate will have experience in SAP HCM implementation, configuration, and support with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. They will also have knowledge of HR processes and best practices as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

We are looking for a team player who can work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure SAP HCM modules to meet business requirements
  • Provide day-to-day support for SAP HCM-related issues
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for SAP HCM systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in SAP HCM implementation, configuration, and support
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus
