Job Overview

The Human Resources Director role is a high-level position responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources and organizational management.

 

This includes developing and implementing HR strategies that support the overall business objectives, fostering positive employee relations, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with the company's mission and goals.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the HR function and department.
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues through effective communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on HR policies and procedures.
  • Talent acquisition, talent management, and succession planning processes.
  • Manage employee benefits administration and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation.
  • Support the management of the recruitment process, including interviewing and hiring new employees.
  • Employee onboarding and development programs.

 

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in HR management.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels.
