Organizational Development Specialist

As a key member of the organizational development team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing employee performance and achieving company objectives. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct training needs analysis, develop and implement learning strategies, and create development plans for high-potential employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive training programs to address knowledge gaps and enhance employee skills.
- Design and deliver engagement strategies to promote a positive work environment and foster collaboration among team members.
- Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization, ensuring a culture of respect and inclusivity.
- Monitor and analyze employee satisfaction surveys to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- MBA degree from an accredited institution.
- 5-7 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a mid-senior level position.
