The construction industry is undergoing rapid transformation, and the implementation of efficient workflows is crucial for meeting project demands.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop Operational Frameworks: Establish streamlined processes to enhance operational performance.
- Coordinate Project Schedules: Ensure timely task completion by collaborating with field teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
- Maintain Accurate Documentation: Manage contracts, permits, change orders, and other project-related documents effectively.
- Monitor Project Progress: Identify disruptions in workflow and address them promptly.
- Assist in Resource Allocation: Effectively allocate resources to meet project requirements.
- Education: Master's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in workflow or operations coordination within the construction industry.
- Skills: Proficiency in English communication, familiarity with project management tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore, or Asana/Trello), and expertise in project management software and tools.
- Other Requirements: Strong understanding of construction processes, terminology, and US construction regulations; ability to work independently, adapt to changing project needs, and interpret technical construction drawings and specifications.
