Marketing Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, generates leads, and achieves business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan to increase brand awareness and market share.
  2. Manage our online presence across various platforms, including social media, website, and Google My Business listing.
  3. Create engaging content related to kitchen renovations and our services.
  4. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies.
  5. Oversee paid advertising campaigns to target potential customers and generate leads.
  6. Lead and motivate the marketing team, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  7. Analyze campaign performance and recommend data-driven adjustments for optimization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing management.
  3. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  4. Strong understanding of SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Ability to lead and motivate a team.
  7. Analytical skills and experience with marketing data analysis tools.
