IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

To strategically develop and execute brand-aligned content that enhances brand equity, drives customer engagement, and supports business growth across digital platforms. The role ensures consistent brand storytelling, optimizes content performance through data insights, and aligns all content initiatives with the overall marketing and brand strategy.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

  • Brand Stewardship ensuring consistency of brand tone, visuals and messaging across all touchpoints.
  • Agency management from brief sharing to creative planning.
  • Assist and liase with cross-functional teams including product, media, CX etc for integrated campaigns in executing 360 campaigns.
  • Coordinate with Research teams for BHT learnings, NPS action points and job-based research.
  • Test and optimize content formats, messaging and creatives based on performance insights.
  • Align content calendars with marketing campaigns, product launches and brand moments.
