Lead Creative Visionary

We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary leader to oversee our marketing and creative initiatives. This individual will drive brand strategy, develop impactful marketing campaigns, and lead the creative team in producing high-quality work.

The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping our brand identity, directing the creative team, and aligning marketing strategies with business goals.

  • Develop and implement the creative vision for the brand, ensuring all creative output is aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead and manage the creative team, including art directors, designers, and copywriters, to deliver high-quality creative work.
  • Strong background in graphic design, video production, and content creation, with an ability to guide and mentor designers, video editors, and content writers.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, branding, and campaign strategy, ensuring creative output aligns with business goals.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills to lead a team and collaborate with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading the development of marketing campaigns that meet or exceed business objectives.
  • Overseeing the creation of visual and multimedia content that reflects the company's brand identity.
  • Mentoring and guiding junior team members to help them grow professionally.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a creative leadership role, with a strong background in marketing and branding.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software.
  • Ability to craft and execute a creative vision across content, design, and multimedia projects.
  • Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns, including content strategy, UI/UX design, and video content.
