
Senior Sales Development Manager

The ideal candidate for this role should possess a strong educational background in Electrical, Electronics or Telecom Engineering, or a Master's degree in Business Administration.
This position involves handling B2B and tender business for Security Systems, making excellent communication skills, fluency in English, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and business development essential.
Experience with low voltage systems such as PABX, CCTV, Fire Alarm Systems, Public Address System and Conference Systems is highly valued. Additionally, proficiency in Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint is expected.
The successful candidate must possess intelligence, situation handling, problem-solving and decision-making abilities. They will also receive an attractive salary package including a bike, laptop, smartphone, monthly call and data plan, food allowance, travel expenses, and performance bonuses.
As this is a field-based position, the right candidate must not mind working outside of the office environment. It is crucial to note that this is not a desk-bound job.
The selected individual will be responsible for managing sales and business development activities for Security Systems across various regions. The key responsibilities include:
