About the Role:

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences, meeting expectations in quality, timeliness, documentation, resolution, and overall satisfaction.
  • Resolve technical issues related to software products, employing problem-solving skills to identify root causes.
  • Analyze data to determine error sources, report inconsistencies, and bugs to senior team members through a project management tool.
  • Evaluate issue impact and prevalence by analyzing data to pinpoint root causes.
  • Utilize specialized tools to correct erroneous user/driver data, addressing technical support issues effectively.
  • Provide constructive feedback to junior support agents for training purposes and assist with complex technical inquiries.
  • Nurture strong relationships with customers through open and interactive communication via phone, chat, and email.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2–3 years of experience in Customer Support, technical support, or software development, preferably in customer-facing roles.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
  • Familiarity with software development processes and tools for a cloud-based product.
  • Technical knowledge/troubleshooting skills and a willingness to learn and excel.
  • Able to perform thorough root cause analysis.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and Python is beneficial.
