Product Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide technical support and training for our library management system.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT and be able to troubleshoot user queries, provide product enhancement recommendations, and offer training to customers. Experience in library automation systems and student information systems is an asset.

  • Provide phone and email support to troubleshoot user queries.
  • Develop and implement product enhancements to improve the product.
  • Deliver training to customers on the effective use of our software.
  • Conduct quality control/bug testing of new releases.
  • Update knowledgebase cases and release notes.
  • Maintain and update user manuals.
  • Support product development through research and documentation.
Requirements:
  • IT or related degree.
  • 2-3 years experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
