The Lead Technical Support Engineer is a senior technical expert responsible for delivering advanced technical support for various products and services.

As a key resource, the Lead Technical Support Engineer serves as the primary point of contact for complex issue resolution or product-level bug fixes that regular support engineers cannot resolve.
