Job Responsibilities

  • Provide information to visitors about the company and its products
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and organizing documents
  • Manage the reception area and ensure it is clean and tidy
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Assist other departments with various tasks as needed
