About the Role
Ace StudyAbroad Consultant seeks a dedicated Receptionist to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for managing front desk activities, answering phone calls, and greeting visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage reception duties, including scheduling appointments and maintaining records
- Provide excellent customer service to students and visitors
- Perform clerical tasks, such as data entry and document preparation
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in basic computer software and applications
Working Conditions
This is a full-time, on-site role with a regular working schedule. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate flexibility and adaptability when needed.
