
Administrative Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Senior Administrative Officer to oversee and coordinate administrative operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of our organization.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing administrative tasks efficiently and effectively, as well as exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- Manage office supplies stock and place orders.
- Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.
- Organize a filing system for important and confidential documents.
- Answer queries from employees.
- Update office policies as needed.
- Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments.
- Book meeting rooms as required.
- Distribute and store correspondence.
- Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned.
- Arrange travel and accommodations.
- Schedule in-house and external events.
- Manage extra work assigned by management.
- Conduct outdoor visits.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate staff.
- Attention to detail and high accuracy in documentation and reporting.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- At least 5 years of experience.
