Job Title: Fuel Manager – US Market Experience

Shift: Night

Timing: 6:30PM - 3:30AM

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fuel Manager to lead a team of four individuals involved in inventory, ordering, accounts receivable, billing, and sales. The Fuel Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the fuel department by reviewing reports from team members, creating reporting templates, and coordinating with the Director to address any customer or vendor issues.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage a team of four involved in inventory, ordering, accounts receivable, billing, and sales.
  2. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure smooth fuel department operations.
  3. Review reports from team members and provide feedback to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  4. Develop and maintain reporting templates to monitor fuel inventory, deliveries, sales, and accounts receivable.
  5. Coordinate with the Director to resolve customer or vendor issues promptly.
  6. Monitor fuel prices and review pricing accuracy.
  7. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental laws related to fuel storage and distribution.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors for timely fuel delivery.
  9. Conduct regular training sessions for team skill enhancement.
  10. Foster a positive work environment promoting teamwork, collaboration, and open communication.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in fuel management, logistics, or related areas.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with fuel inventory management, ordering, accounts receivable, and billing processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience working with fuel suppliers and vendors.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Base salary PKR 300k plus Pick and Drop, PF, and Health Insurance.
