About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Order Management Specialist. In this role, you will play a key part in System Audit, which involves processing of commission, implementing scalable improvements, and overseeing the quote to cash process.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with in-depth knowledge of accounts and audit/system processes along with understanding of order & deal processing. If you have a proven track record of analyzing billing accounts, ensuring compliance to all company and business policies, and managing all communication with sales and customer orders, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Quote to Cash: Help Sales and Fulfillment teams navigate the quote to cash process with ease.
  • Analyze Billing Accounts: Use Salesforce and Zuora to identify and resolve billing and payment issues.
  • Ensure Compliance: Administer all open sales orders and ensure appropriate order flow while adhering to company and business policies.

You will be responsible for managing all communication with sales and process all customer orders and shipment of products. Additionally, you will optimize practices for all processes, identify system issues, and be the first line of defense in managing it and reporting for its accurate resolutions to stakeholders via JIRA.

Requirements
  • Operations Background: A strong operations background is preferred, but not necessary.
  • Supply Chain Understanding: Basic understanding of supply chain principles is required.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with numbers are essential.
  • CRM Experience: Knowledge and experience of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, is a plus.
