Job Description:

As an integral part of our team, you will play a crucial role in processing commission, implementing scalable improvements, and overseeing the quote to cash process.

We are looking for candidates with in-depth knowledge of accounts and audit/system processes, as well as understanding of order & deal processing.

  • Help Sales and Fulfillment teams through the quote to cash process.
  • Use Salesforce and Zuora to solve billing and payment issues, analyze billing accounts, and ensure compliance to all business policies.
  • Administer all open sales orders, ensure appropriate order flow, and manage all communication with sales teams.
  • Process customer orders and shipments, ensuring optimal practices for all processes.
  • Identify system issues, be the first line of defense in managing them, and report accurate resolutions to stakeholders via reporting tools.
  • Verify order lines, prepare order reports daily, and manage shipment status updates, responding to inquiries and resolving customer issues.
  • Create and manage accurate commission bookings and payouts according to company policy at each deal level.
  • Analyze weekly metrics, improve revenue performance, and prepare reports for requests.
  • Monitor and process returns according to financial requirements, ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Review submitted contracts and orders for completeness, accuracy, and conformance to Sales Order Acceptance policy.
  • Process contracts and orders, ensuring all documentation is compliant with revenue and business policy.
  • Complete compensation transactions to ensure timely commission payments.
  • Modify quotes as required.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Collections to resolve customer billing investigations and disputes.
  • Challenging legacy policies and procedures that complicate quote, order, invoice, credit, commissions, and revenue processing.
  • Conduct regular audits of all Compliance.
  • Contribute ideas and innovations to improve existing systems, work processes, and procedures.
  • Participate in projects involving technical and financial concepts, providing recommendations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with Sales, Customer Service, Collections, Compensation, Legal, and other internal resources as needed.
