Order Management Operations Specialist

The RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Order Management Specialist. Your primary responsibilities will include participating in system audits, processing commission payments, implementing scalable improvements, and overseeing the quote-to-cash process.
- You will assist Sales and Fulfillment teams through the quote-to-cash process, ensuring seamless communication and efficient order management.
- Using Salesforce and Zuora, you will resolve billing and payment issues, analyze billing accounts, and ensure compliance with all company policies.
- Your key duties will also include administering open sales orders, managing order flow, communicating with sales teams, and processing customer orders.
- You will coordinate shipments, optimize process practices, identify system issues, manage and report them via JIRA, and ensure accurate resolutions.
- Additional responsibilities will include verifying order lines, preparing daily reports, managing shipments, responding to inquiries, resolving customer issues, planning project schedules, creating accurate commission bookings and payouts, evaluating weekly metrics, and analyzing revenue improvements.
- You will also process returns according to financial requirements, ensure SOX and other audit compliance, review contracts and order forms for completeness and accuracy, and process contracts and orders.
- As part of your role, you will complete transactions for accurate and timely commission payments, create and modify quotes as needed, collaborate with Sales and Collections to resolve billing disputes, challenge legacy policies, develop creative solutions, conduct monthly compliance audits, contribute ideas to improve systems and processes, and participate in projects involving technical and financial concepts.
- You will build strong relationships with internal teams such as Sales, Customer Support, Collections, Legal, etc.
We are seeking candidates with in-depth knowledge of accounts, audit/system processes, and order & deal processing. This includes proficiency in Salesforce and Zuora, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong communication and collaboration skills.
