Job Title: Sales Director, Business Growth

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Sales Director to drive business growth in both local and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and Execute Strategic Sales Plans: Design and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives and expand our customer base.
  2. Pursue New Business Opportunities: Identify and capitalize on new sales prospects for fashion garments, leather goods, salt, and rice products.
  3. Build and Maintain Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure loyalty and satisfaction.
  4. Analyze Market Trends and Competitor Activities: Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
  5. Sales Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize Excel to manage and analyze sales data, forecast sales, and prepare reports.
  6. Customer Database Management: Maintain and update the customer database to ensure accurate and comprehensive information.
  7. Customer Service and Support: Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  8. Collaboration with Marketing Team: Work with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  9. Sales Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor and report on sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet targets.
  10. Negotiation and Closing Sales Deals: Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitable outcomes.
  11. Industry Events and Networking: Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our brand.
Job Specification

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.

Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales role is essential.

Strong leadership and team management skills are necessary for success in this position.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills are required to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team is crucial for achieving business objectives.

Experience in the general trading industry is a plus.
