Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support business operations and cross-functional projects with a strong focus on digital business coordination and project management. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 1.5 years of relevant experience and a solid understanding of project workflows, e-commerce ecosystems, and interdepartmental collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and monitor business projects aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Track deliverables, manage project timelines, and facilitate communication across departments.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and oversee proper archiving of project records.
  • Assist in managing and reviewing contracts, service agreements, and financial documentation.
  • Coordinate with the legal and finance teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of documents.
  • Assist in day-to-day management of online marketplaces and platforms.
  • Collaborate with product and compliance teams to align offerings with legal and regulatory standards.
  • Assist in risk assessments, documentation, and regulatory reviews across product life cycles.
  • Manage communication and coordination with external vendors and service providers.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable institution.
  • 1 to 1.5 years of experience in Project Management, project administration, business operations or similar roles.
  • Understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital business operations.
  • Familiarity with contract handling, compliance workflows, and internal reporting.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in productivity tools, project management software is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across diverse teams.
