About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager Business Development and Operations to lead our team in driving business growth and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic plans, and implementing effective operations management.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion
  • Leveraging data-driven insights to inform business decisions and optimize operational performance
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements and optimize business operations
Key Responsibilities

The Senior Manager Business Development and Operations will be responsible for:

  • Market analysis and competitive research to identify business opportunities
  • Development of business cases and proposals to support growth initiatives
  • Project management and coordination to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of projects
  • Performance metrics and reporting to measure progress against goals and objectives
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, operations management, or related field
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and strategically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
