Spearheading Revenue and Finance Automation

Financial infrastructure is a cornerstone of business operations. At our company, we strive to provide seamless payment processing and revenue growth opportunities for millions of businesses worldwide. The financial sector, however, faces significant challenges in managing retail finance processes. These tasks are often tedious, manual, and inefficiently spread across multiple software tools.

Our goal is to equip finance leaders with sophisticated revenue management tools that automate manual work and improve accuracy across the cash flow life cycle. We aim to relieve burdens by developing an extensible platform solution that scales our reach and capabilities.

We are seeking a skilled Senior Staff Engineer to spearhead this initiative. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage technical leadership, execution, and roadmap for revenue and finance automation suite.
  • Design and implement critical platforms for seamless interoperability across RFA suite of products.
  • Partner closely with engineering, product, and design leadership to define product strategy and user experience.
  • Establish best practices, frameworks, and repeatable processes for effective team execution.
  • Foster a culture of learning and data-driven decision making on the team and organization.

Key qualifications for the role include:

  • At least 15 years of engineering experience or equivalent combined work experience demonstrating relevant domain expertise.
  • Proven experience leading company-wide initiatives or influencing tech roadmap planning and execution.
  • Excellent product taste and track record of solving complex problems elegantly.
  • Ability to dive into and deeply understand businesses using our services.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Past experience mentoring and investing in engineer development.
  • Autonomy and responsibility in driving projects involving diverse technologies and systems.
