Lead Painter

A leading organization is seeking an experienced and skilled Lead Painter to join their team in Faisalabad. As a Lead Painter, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the painting and decoration of various surfaces, including walls, ceilings, and furniture.

About the Role:
  • Prepare surfaces for painting by thoroughly cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracks.
  • Select appropriate paints or coatings for each project, considering factors like durability and aesthetics.
  • Mix paints to achieve desired colors and textures, ensuring consistency throughout the project.
  • Apply paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprays, taking care to achieve smooth, even results.
  • Utilize techniques such as stenciling or sponging to create decorative effects, enhancing the overall visual appeal of the finished product.
  • Ensure all work is completed within set deadlines and meets quality standards, maintaining a high level of attention to detail and precision.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized service and support.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, performing regular maintenance and repairs as needed.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience as a painter (minimum 2 years), with a track record of delivering high-quality results.
  2. Ability to mix paints accurately and create various textures and effects, showcasing creativity and skill.
  3. Good knowledge of different painting techniques, including color theory and application methods.
  4. Attention to detail and precision in work, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
  5. Physical strength and stamina to perform tasks such as climbing ladders or carrying heavy equipment, with a commitment to safety and well-being.
  6. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, taking initiative and demonstrating self-motivation.
  7. Good communication skills in English (Urdu is also preferred), with a focus on clear and concise communication.
