
Strategic Human Resources Manager

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, understanding local and regional business needs and aligning HR strategies to meet organizational goals.
About the RoleThis is a mid-senior level position requiring at least 6 years of experience in HR, with a strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels.
Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment for all offices, ensuring alignment with business needs and organizational culture.
- Develop and execute workforce plans, identifying talent gaps and ensuring proactive measures to address them.
- Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies, minimizing risks and ensuring best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent) is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience working as an HRBP in the investment or financial services industry is highly desirable.
