About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Customer Partnership Lead to join our team. This individual will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our key customers.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and meeting strategic objectives in assigned accounts.

This role requires a deep understanding of our company's services and the ability to represent them effectively to assigned customers.

The Key Customer Partnership Lead will work closely with our project manager to ensure the success of this role.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and Maintain Customer Relationships: Foster strong, professional connections with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
  2. Coordinate Internal Resources: Ensure the involvement of necessary company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to meet account performance objectives and customer expectations.
  3. Achieve Sales Objectives: Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
  4. Collaborate on Planning: Proactively lead a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a one and three-year period.
  5. Assess Customer Needs: Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.
  6. Lead Solution Development: Develop solutions that best address customer needs, coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
