Technical Specialist

As a skilled technical professional, you will provide timely and effective support to users by resolving IT-related incidents and requests through troubleshooting, diagnosis, and problem resolution.
This role requires strong system domain knowledge across various technologies, including the Oracle Fusion Platform. You will be responsible for providing technical guidance and communicating complex fixes to stakeholders in an understandable manner.
Other key skills and qualifications include:
- Assisting in incident resolution of IT system issues in a timely fashion.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to establish good working relationships.
- Effectively communicating relevant information to teams throughout the lifecycle of a service-impacting incident.
- Taking ownership of customer service and prioritizing their needs.
