The Assistant Facilities Manager is a key role within our organization, responsible for overseeing the efficient operation and maintenance of facilities and infrastructures.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate scheduled maintenance with impacted personnel to ensure seamless operations.
  2. Plan downtime for preventive maintenance to minimize disruptions.
  3. Schedule emergency repairs when necessary, ensuring prompt resolution.
  4. Prepare regular status reports regarding ongoing projects to keep stakeholders informed.
  5. Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to ensure building compliance and manage special projects.
  6. Foster strong working relationships with seniors, peers, and subordinates to promote effective teamwork.
  7. Develop and analyze requests for proposals for high-value, multi-year projects, including detailed bid analysis.
  8. Initiate, assist, and analyze studies in response to health and safety audits to identify areas for improvement.
  9. Manage Facility Helpdesk Requests through IBM RESO Tool and oversee work orders on Maximo to ensure efficient issue resolution.
  10. Responsible for Data Center equipment maintenance, including UPS and Crack Unit upkeep.
  11. Compile monthly, weekly, and ticket closure reports, including RCA Reports for Data Center related issues.
  12. Establish programs for preventive maintenance, liaising with contractors and suppliers, and managing maintenance issues to minimize downtime.
  13. Provide support to ongoing projects as required, contributing to their successful completion.
  14. Procure essential supplies, including cleaning and hygiene consumables, MEP consumables, and spares for fixed contracts.
