Hr Manager Job Description

The Hr Manager is responsible for planning and organizing the company's personnel management activities. This involves developing, administering, and evaluating applicant tests to ensure appropriate matches between employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs, performance management systems, training and professional development initiatives.
  • Analyze data and reports to identify causes of personnel problems and develop recommendations for improving organization policies and procedures.
  • Maintain records and compile reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, turnover rates, and absenteeism rates.
  • Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes, terminating employment contracts, and administering disciplinary actions against employees.
  • Plan and conduct new employee orientation sessions to foster a positive attitude toward work and organizational objectives.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, or coordinate employee training and development initiatives, maintain quarterly training plans, perform training need analysis, train, and assist with preparation of training materials.
  • Maintain and update job descriptions of employees and organizational charts.

Requirements:

  • A Master of Business Administration degree in Human Resources Management along with 5 years of experience in a similar capacity in a manufacturing setting.
