Job Description:

The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for implementing and maintaining the Quality Assurance System.

This includes control over overall quality assurance system according to ISO-9001, ISO-13485, and CGMP Standards.

  1. Establishing, maintaining, and improving the quality system.
  2. Performing Final Inspection (including In-Coming / In-Process Inspection if required).
  3. Collaborating with R & D department for new developments.
  4. Planning and conducting internal quality audits.
  5. Monitoring calibration processes.
  6. Issuing CAPA in response to customer complaints.
  7. Preparing agendas and minutes for Q.C. meetings.
  8. Providing training to management and workers.
  9. Handling customer complaints effectively.
  10. Exercising document and data control.
  11. Preparing Certificates of Conformance.
  12. Monitoring and controlling documentation processes at ETO Plant.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Technical expertise.
  • Proficiency in computer operation.
  • Mastery of mathematical skills.
  • Strong English language comprehension.
