
Regional Business Development Specialist

- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with market trends, customer demographics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Sales Planning: Prioritize sales activities to maximize revenue and achieve targets by analyzing sales data and identifying key areas for improvement.
- Territory Management: Develop and execute sales plans tailored to the territory's needs, building long-term relationships with existing customers and expanding the customer base.
- Customer Engagement: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally, providing training and support to customers as needed.
In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing sales data to identify growth opportunities and developing strategies to capitalize on them. You will also work collaboratively with the sales team and management to ensure effective promotional activities and monitor the effectiveness of sales initiatives, making adjustments as needed.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Sales or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in washing powder & dish wash bar sales.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
