We are seeking a skilled Power Platform Developer to lead our RPA and Power Automate projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead discovery and design work sessions to obtain requirements clarity and produce deliverables
  • Create and manage Power Platform solutions, including governance, administration, and operations management
  • Work closely with Project Managers, IT, and business management to identify and translate complex business requirements into architectural design
  • Define best practices for Power Platform services, outline operational processes, and document flowcharts and diagrams
  • Leverage Dataverse databases and use Common Database Models with Power Platform services

In this role, you will be responsible for architecting and delivering compelling solutions that meet the needs of our clients. You will also serve as a technical SME in workshops and discovery sessions, leveraging the most sophisticated tools to provide insights to crucial business decisions.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience with the power platform development life cycle, product and service life cycle management, and experience customizing database forms, fields, views, workflows, and BI reports/dashboards. They will also be proficient in creating and configuring custom connectors for use with PowerApps and Power Automate services.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum five years of experience with power platform development life cycle
  • Microsoft Power Platform certification is preferred
  • Experience with Project Management Tools, such as JIRA, and ability to act as a SCRUM Master
  • Proficient in programming languages, including C# and SQL
  • Exceptional verbal/written communication skills and ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of responsibility and authority
