We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Executive to join our team, responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Export Documentation Expertise: You will possess a solid understanding of export documentation procedures, including Bill of Lading (BL) preparation, draft amendments, and manifest filing.
  • Terminal Coordination: Collaborate with terminal operators and stevedores to obtain Terminal Receipts and ensure they are recorded in the manifest system.
  • System Navigation: Quick learner with the ability to operate and navigate systems such as OVA.
  • Customer Engagement: Ability to independently manage customer and internal stakeholder queries related to BL, draft amendments, part B/L preparation, and DG documentation.
  • Cross-Functional Support: Flexibility to act as backup for export senior executives and actively support peers through training and shared knowledge.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to propose practical solutions to customer issues, improve workflows, and contribute to customer-centric enhancements.

You will be a strong communicator with excellent email correspondence and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with finance, sales, terminals, and principal offices. Additionally, you will have a problem-solving mindset, with the ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Shipping Knowledge: Shipping knowledge is a must.
  • Writing and Speaking Skills: Excellent writing and speaking skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Multitasking and Problem-Solving: Ability to multitask and solve problems effectively.

Education and Experience:

  • Graduate Degree: Graduation preferably Master's.
  • Relevant Experience: 3-4 years of relevant experience with shipping background.
