Sales and Business Development Role

This senior role involves leading ERP business development efforts across the region. Key responsibilities include driving new business opportunities, presenting solutions to C-level executives, and owning the entire sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive New Business Opportunities: Identify, qualify, and close ERP sales opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  2. Presentation and Pitching: Present and pitch ERP solutions to C-level executives and decision-makers, highlighting the value proposition and ROI.
  3. Sales Cycle Ownership: Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting, proposal development, negotiation, to contract finalization.
  4. Collaboration with Technical Teams: Collaborate with technical teams for demo sessions, RFP responses, and solution design.
  5. Client Understanding: Understand client pain points and develop tailored ERP solutions that demonstrate ROI.
  6. Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain records, generate regular sales reports, and meet/exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  7. Customer Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with new and existing customers to promote long-term engagement.
  8. Industry Trends and Competitor Activity: Stay current on industry trends, ERP technologies, and competitor activities.
Qualifications and Skills
  • ERP Sales Experience: 5-8 years of proven ERP sales experience (minimum 6-10 successful ERP solution sales).
  • ERP Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of ERP products like Microsoft Dynamics, ERPNext, and Odoo.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Communication and Negotiation Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English.
  • Independence and Time Management: Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Travel Requirements: Willingness to work onsite and travel across the region for client meetings and presentations.
