Key Job Responsibilities

To guarantee seamless machine performance, our ideal candidate will oversee regular maintenance and ensure that spare parts are readily available in inventory. This includes updating Engineering Stores about required items and levels.

Adherence to preventative maintenance checklists is crucial. Our team member will coordinate with Production to arrange for necessary parts during corrective maintenance.

A functional CMMS system is essential. The successful candidate will implement and manage the system, addressing equipment-related breakdowns promptly.

Equipment calibration and tagging are vital tasks. Our ideal candidate will maintain accurate records, update instrument statuses, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

We are seeking a proactive individual who can identify cost-saving opportunities and contribute to Operational Excellence Projects.

The selected candidate will support engineering and stakeholders in validation activities and documentation completion.

Our ideal candidate will ensure adherence to TP-13 requirements and participate in Quality and EHS Level 2 audits. Timely completion of identified actions is crucial.

Maintaining optimal electronic system uptime and achieving targeted OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) metrics are key performance indicators.

Compliance with data integrity initiatives and action plans is essential. Additionally, the successful candidate will ensure proper machine guarding and adherence to machinery safety requirements and GES110 standards.
