Administrative Officer Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to oversee the maintenance and repair of facilities, equipment, and assets.

  • Coordinate and resolve administrative affairs and issues in departments such as Emergency and Outpatient Department during night shifts.
  • Schedule and coordinate maintenance and repair work.
  • Manage maintenance requests and work orders efficiently.
  • Oversee vendors and contractors to ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and performance.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all facilities and equipment are well-maintained and functioning properly. You will work closely with other departments to ensure effective maintenance operations and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Education: A minimum Graduate or equivalent degree from a recognized university.
  • Experience: 3 years of relevant working experience in healthcare settings.
  • Age Limit: 30yrs - 55yrs.

You should also possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills. Additionally, you should be able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

This position requires strong organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. You should also have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
